Insurance Commissions

The National Directory of Morticians' Red Book provides information on Insurance Commission for each State to help locate Insurance Companies.

Often a large amount of time has passes from the time a family takes an insurance policy to the time the policy becomes important.  During that time many of the insurance policies have passed from company to company, making it difficult to discover which company holds the current policy.  The funeral director will often assist a family in locating the current insurance company.

In order to assist the funeral director, the Red Book researches the Insurance Commissions and has dedicated a section to assist in tracking the policy.
